Alpine SWT-12S4 Review / Price

Alpine SWT-12S4 Bass Tube Review and Price. Not really a review, but more of quick post showing an example of the SWT-12S4 being used. Good little bass tube. Weighs around 22lbs, which is approximately 10KG. This is a good weight and adds to the quality of the sound. It's not too light, bass is deep, and installation a pretty easy. Reviews are mostly excellent and the price is low considering the sound and overall product quality.

The specs are: 12-Inch Subwoofer, Power 1000Watts (Peak) + 300 Watts RMS, dimensions are 324 x 660 millimeters, FR 28-200Hz, Impedance = 4 ohms and the Sensitivity is 92 Decibels. See the YouTube video for a test of the speaker in action. Works with many different amplifiers, including the Alpine BBX-T600. Videos recorded with Smartphones don't do the speaker justice. It sounds much better in real life!

This news will be welcomed by all Bell.co.uk customers. A £25 refund is better than nothing, but like the article touches on, it does seem a little on the small side. Bell is part of Admiral, so I would think that all companies in this group will be giving small refunds to their drivers.

Covid-19 has turn the world on its head. Is there an end to this madness in sight? If there is I can't see it at this time. The auto industry will take a big hit too. Less people will be buying cars. I'm not sure if production has also stopped. If not completely stopped, I bet it has been limited to a minimum. Spending less in general is a smart idea at this time when the future is so uncertain.
